The weather was kind to the 4 teams who battled to win the 2015 Tournament last Sunday 8th March.

Congratulations to the members of Team Harrington, captained by Geoff Brooks, who were victorious in the Final of the Winter Tournament beating Team McDowell, captained by Captain Frank King, into second place.

The best scores recorded on the day came from the 3rd and 4th placed teams and were John McGrath and Wendy Kearon.  The  player with the best scores combined over 7 weeks for a non finalist were Colin Bell and Rachel Heritage both of whom received a small prize.

Thanks to the Winter Tournament Committee (Vice Captain Deirdra, President Geraldine and Brendan Coghlan) for all their hard work throughout the tournament, The final yesterday would not have been such a success without the preparations of the Winter Tournament Committee along with assistance from other club members including, Gedingka Fair, Anne Gildea, Noel Ormsby, Colin Bell, Vivian O’Rourke and Martin Keane.
