“Wine is sunlight held together by water.” according to Galileo Galilei (Italian physicist, mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher).  Our members and guests got to sample 8 different Portuguese wines on a beautiful Spring evening last Thursday along with a sumptuous array of cheeses.  The night was a great success and based on feedback we will definitely be planning another one in the future.  Thanks to Deirdra Healy and Vivian O’Rourke for organizing the event.
